Quality Objectives
The following objectives are identified and are consistent with the policy statements
- To attract at least one new global customer every year through quality service
- To achieve 99% satisfaction of all customers
- To improve our operation index by at least 2% every year in every facets of our services
- To reduce as low as reasonably practicable the number of customers complaints
- Providing appropriate resources, management and overall support to ensure the applicable client’s standards are met
- Adequately training and retraining of personnel to efficiently perform their duties.
